They last a good long time which is important for me because I am very heavy footed and managed to wreck pretty much every skater shoe I've had within a month.The important thing to note about these is they are all round very thin. This applies to the heel padding and the sole of the shoe so you feel every bump under your feet on gravel but the padding is more resilient to wearing away on the heel.Due to this design, they are very good for driving with since it feels like you have more control on the peddles compared to thicker soled shoes.Whilst they will take insoles, if you want to do so I suggest getting a size up because your toes will press against the top of the shoe and ache after a few hours.I would not recommend these for long hours on solid flooring such as in a kitchen or factory because they really hurt your feet due to the lack of padding on the sole. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a lovely pair *by P***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 October 2019* Liked the look of the trainer's but was concerned after reading the reviews about no or poor quality packaging.
