You can get the pressure gauge separately from Flair’s supplier in the UK (but not through Amazon, I think). It is worth having, to help you learn to get the pressure/time right, but not absolutely essential. The Flair makes a fantastic cup of coffee. **Q: Does this include the new bottomless 2-in-1 portafilter with stainless steel screen which allows for naked extraction?** A: Hello Mr Butler Yes, this is the new model that includes the 2-in-1 portafilter & stainless steel screen. The 2-in-1 portafilter allows the using a bottomless basket (naked extraction). This model also allows you to upgrade the Flair and use PRO/PRO2 brew-head if you choose to do so. **Q: Order came without the steel tamp as in the photo.** A: The Classic doesn’t come with a steel tamper, I think the Signature does. (Though if you’re looking at a the page for the Classic, it shouldn’t have a tamper showing unless it specifically says “not with this model”). The plastic tamper is fine (but less elegant!); and the steel and wood tamper is available from a Flair supplier in the UK. Might upgrade in the future but this definitely suffice for me at the moment. Update: Few months in, this is almost my daily driver.
