This is far too short to reach a wall socket or even to the floor with the controller placed in a position where it has line of sight to the devices that you want to control.Also, the Q&A claims to have EcoAir air conditioners in its database, but although it has one model of my EcoAirs, it doesn't have the other model.Finally, I bought two of these. The first one is still working, but the second one failed by going offline after one day, and now it won't pair, even when the hardware reset is used and it and the mobile phone are held just cm from the router. So it is going back to Amazon.Overall these have the potential to be very good, but they need to be supplied with a 2m at least usb lead, have more appliances and devices in the app database and be more reliable than to fail after just one day. ### ⭐⭐ Doesnt control sky q box *by S***L on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 May 2019* I thought this would be a great way of getting rid of a few controls in the house, and using alexa to control everything. The positives are that it did recognise my lg smart tv, so that was good. Unfortunately this doesnt recognise a sky q box. Apparently you can train it to work with the sky q box, but if you do this you cannot control the box with alexa. Very frustrating looking through the list of supported devices, as there are dozens that sound very similar ### ⭐ Unfathomable garbage *by N***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 April 2019* No instructions anywhere to be found. I am quite familiar with smartlife but I could get this to do anything i wanted it to.
