I like the quick adjust with the black push button. Since these aren't rubberized at all they tend to move around a bit. You also end up with fairly long strands behind your head. You can trim this, but I haven't yet just because we have multiple sizes of people that were trying them, so I wasn't where to trim. Sometimes you can feel the black adjustment button on your head but you can get used to it. They just don't feel quite as secure as the original rubbery strap.
