It holds those plus other gear with plenty of room to spare and seems to be pretty durable so far. Not necessarily as thick or heavy duty as the real thing, but a very reasonable price for a new product.

The only slight issue is with the shoulder straps sliding out of place in the metal adjusting strap keepers; fortunately, this is easily mitigated by tying an overhand at the end of the straps once adjusted for your shoulder size.

100% military spec brand new. the bag is slightly stiff since it is new. which is a good thing imo. has a small logo or two on it. i use my military bag everyday and wanted a second better version. i bought this and it met my expectations. if you are debating getting a refurbished military bag i largely suggest you buy this instead. edit: after owning my bag for more than 2 years I stand by my statement. I own several refurbished military bags, but I prefer this one as it came new. I carry 100+ lbs in this bag regularly with no issues. I respect my property, but I'm not exactly gentle with it. I take a few weeks worth of groceries in one haul up to my second story in this bag regularly. I do my laundry from this bag. I shove car parts, motorcycle parts, tools, anything...All the time. I use this bag for motorcycling. If you want a half pack you can run a loop under the backpack straps. It's not safe aerodynamically to carry a full pack cycling, but I do it all the time...buy the bag you won't regret it.
