We had to return this item, as when it arrived the box was crushed and seemed as though it had be opened and then taped shut.  When we took the chandelier out of the box, the strings that held the beads together were torn, ripped and or cut.  It did NOT look at all like the picture.  We ended up getting one from another retailer.
