For the cost of Rs. 375/- this is great value for money. The purpose of the item is to punch hole and this tool serves that purpose well. Only drawback that I found is that it can punch round-shaped holes only. The ratchet turns well and smoothly. Smooth press working the tool change the revoliving tubes change in that place use plain hard pins. Bottom side change flat fixed base, in that place replace same upper revolving model , Bottom side harded tubes.
