Can it cut through 2mm thick craft foam?** A: Never have tried either of those items ......only have cut through paper . **Q: How do you get the circles to come out ? And how do you open it to clean it?** A: Sometimes I have to take an awl or sharp pointed knife to pry an edge out. They definitely don’t cut thin papers very cleanly.
