I took this product many many years ago for what was diagnosed is polyradiculoneuropathy. I had developed an aversion to the nightshade family of plants... peppers, tomatoes and potatoes, etc.. This was causing inflammation and excruciating pain. I got off the nightshades and got on this product, three tablets three times a day, away from food....one hour before eating / two hours after. And in no time at all, about two or three weeks, after doing what I was told by my naturapath, my pain was gone. When someone slipped Peppers into a dish and I thought I could just pick them out and I'd be okay, my pain came back immediately. After being on this for three years I was able to trolerate nightshades but I don't overdo it. Proteolytic, fibrinolytic enzymes are for real. They took away the fibro cysts in my breast and the fibroid cysts on my uterus and obliterated my adhesions. They shrunk scars down to almost nothing. They also help to get rid of the excess fibrinogen in your blood and wherever it may be in your body. Serrapeptase  is also wonderful. This is a serious, quality product.
