You cannot get ahold of them to tell them it’s defective and when you tell Amazon that it’s defective they suggest returning it and they charge a restocking fee. Restocking a defective item???? Update! So docas finally gets ahold of me. Says , we would like to take care of this for you. Then I say “it’s been a month and you just try to get ahold of me now? There is no way to get ahold of you.” They replied “sorry for the trouble.” I have not heard from them since. Last I knew, customer service was both ways. I have a problem, you take care of it the best you can. You don’t ghost someone and not reply. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works fine so far *by T***M on March 1, 2019* My 2006 LR3 was lowered every morning and I had to wait 5-10 minutes before I could take off. I bought this which was a lot cheaper than the dealership. Works fine so far and I didn't have to have it programmed. It just worked and solved my issue. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars for now..still an unknown *by B***N on November 4, 2019* Purchased this because my 06 RRS had lost all ability to raise the vehicle and was down on the bumps. Replaced the compressor with this one and after putting it all back together, it raised the truck back up. HOWEVER....due to the mysterious nature of range rovers my EAS suspension is still faulted and not allowing the new compressor to run. I bypassed the relay and was able to raise the truck again with the new compressor.
