Good luck. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not really a pommade. *by N***. on July 20, 2019* I gotta give this 4 stars. I have purchased other Viking pommade products and their packaging has improved. This came in a schnazzy box. The product itself is matte in that you don't get a shiny finish but as a matte product I expected more of a natural look. This is definitely more of sculpting clay (as others have said). I usually have to rub some in my wet hands and then dab it in my wet hair and rub pretty vigously then comb through it multiple times to distribute it. Given it's consitancy it holds very well, I run on my lunch break and it holds up the whole day. It also stands up to sweat really well. I have other products that seem to disperse with sweat and I have to redo my hair after my run. With Viking marketing as a "mans man" product I was expecting a woodsy/cedar or boozie scent but it smells like modeling clay. I am surprised because even though this stuff holds up well to sweat it does wash out easily.
