Damage to packing was probably done after leaving the factory. Eberth sent another casing, but when I came to replace it I found that the damage was more extensive than I had thought. Eberth, without hesitation sent me the whole unit without question. The machine is well constructed and as far as I am concerned an excellent piece of equipment.
