Review: Possibly too small - As you'd expect from a Ken Hom wok, its very well made. I did have to be careful when positioning on gas ring. It is very small however so foods that need to be cooked to a certain temperature for safety need to be small pieces

- A lightweight carbon steel mini wok finished with a three layer non-stick coating designed for stir-frying at high temperatures and with less oil. Coated inside and out to provide a robust sealed coating for long-lasting endurance.
