What could be bad? It really helped me clean up a bunch of loose items. Works great. ### ⭐ Item was a used return *by T***M on May 18, 2024* Drawer is so wide that the previous owner installed the rail screws in wrong and the whole thing would not fit in the rack, probably why it was returned. Came shipped in a thin layered cardboard box, corners missing revealing the corners of the drawer. Every corner of this thing is bent, twisted, and the rack ears were previously installed too. All hardware came in a used zip lock bag with extra rack bolts for God knows what.It's not worth the hassle of returning as it's still a functioning drawer and is still straight enough to use. Would cost more in everyone's time and shipping than it's worth. Sharpie on the bare metal and pliers to straighten it is good enough to use.Def go with another option, it's a shame too because the drawer itself is actually pretty good quality and still together after all it's been through. ### ⭐⭐ Slightly bigger than 2U, needs blank space above. *by R***H on January 20, 2019* The top lip of the drawer sticks up over 2U, so while it's got ears for 2U you can't put it below something else and need to leave a black space above it.
